Kathryn and I recently flew to Orlando, Florida to finish a commission I started in November. Lavoyce and Sidney are grandmother and granddaughter with a really loving relationship, and it was a pleasure to paint them together.
They are “Diva-Lites” (LOL) by KinoFlo. The color temperature is decent – like daylight but a little on the pink side – and the cast shadows are fairly soft … sort of a cross between a small window and a regular spotlight. They also have a dimmer, and the larger model has a universal voltage option (important for my work in England). They also come with a hard travel case. I like them, although it’s a lot to lug around!
Joseph, I love seeing all the pictures that accompany your finished product! It’s fun to see the story unfold.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful – as usual.
The book In the Light of Truth: The Grail Message is a constant source of inspiration for me – both as a painter and as a person. This book offers a new explanation of the world and man's place in it.
You are the BEST!!
This is gorgeous and its almost eerie to see the photos of the actual
model sitting next to your painting!
I just wish your Dad could have seen these. Wherever he is he’s bursting
his buttons with pride at your fabulous work, Joe.
OOXXOO, Carolyn C
Beautiful painting, Joseph! What are those lights you are using?
